GoDaddy Help

Request updates to my website

You can request updates to your website in your GoDaddy account.

Note: If you've submitted a request and want more updates, please wait until your pending request is complete, and then submit a new request.
  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your desired site.
  3. On the left, select Website and then select Requests. Your Customer Care Portal will open in a new window.
  4. In the upper-right, select New Requests.
  5. Select the dropdown menu, choose a request and then select Next.
  6. Enter or choose the details for your request, and then select Next. If you're attaching images or videos, ensure they meet the requirements:
    • File names can't include any of these characters: ^%&$,@#
    • Images must be in .png or .jpg or .jpeg format.
    • Logos must be in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf or .eps format.
    • Videos must be in .mp4 format. If you can't convert to an .mp4, we recommend uploading your video to YouTube and including the link in your request. Otherwise your site performance may suffer.
  7. Under Are there any other changes you need to make today?, select the dropdown menu, choose Yes or No and then select Next. If you choose Yes, repeat steps 5 and 6 until you've added all your requests.

Once submitted, can view your request in the Customer Care Portal, and you’ll receive an email when your request is complete.
