Reply to WP Premium Support requests
Send reply messages for your WP Premium Support tasks using your GoDaddy account.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page (Need help opening your product?).
- Scroll down, expand Premium Support and then select Manage next to your WP Premium Support.
- Select your site.
- Under Task, select your desired task.
- In the bottom-right, select
Reply - In the text box, enter your reply.
- (Optional) Select Browse files and upload relevant files to your reply.
- When you're done, select Submit.
