Upgrade or downgrade WordPress Premium Support
If you use all of your WordPress Premium Support credits for a month, but need us to perform some more work, then it's easy to upgrade your plan to add additional credits.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Scroll down, expand Premium Support, and then select Edit Plan.
- Select your desired plan, and then complete the checkout steps.
Your new plan and additional credits will be ready to use within a few minutes.
